Gayatri spent 6 years at L’Oreal India Private Limited where she has essayed many roles successfully including Senior Brand Management for Maybelline New York which drove a large portion of the Division’s growth. She also led Key Account Management for the Make Up business leading successful and profitable partnerships with flagship accounts like Shoppers Stop.
Prior to her MBA Gayatri spent over 3 years with Discovery Communications India where she was involved with the launch of TLC in India and contributed to the channel’s profitable growth.
Her 9 years of Sales and Marketing experience across industries of FMCG (Beauty) and Media have developed her core strengths which include building profitable collaborative partnerships, driving excellent cross functional task force execution as well as leadership which delivers on time performance.

Worked extensively in her official capacity as a member of the Naval Wives Welfare Association, where she was the founder member of “Sankalp”, an Institute for children (with special needs) of Indian Naval personnel.
Was a member of “Raksha”, an institute for Special Children in Cochin.
Used her vast experience to carry out extensive social work amongst Nigerian women, as part of Indian Women’s Welfare Association at Lagos Nigeria.
Member of a corporate committee for prevention, prohibition and redressal of sexual harassment of women at the workplace.

James Wendorf - Our Technical Advisor
James Wendorf is the Director of Industry Connections in the IEEE Standards Association, where he facilitates the building of industry consensus and the incubation of new standards related activities, in areas such as computer security, communications, Smart Grid, and cloud computing.
Previously he was Vice President of Standardization at Philips Electronics, where he directed corporate strategy and participation in standards activities focused on electronic content distribution, digital home networking, digital rights management (DRM), and content protection. Prior to that he was Vice President and Sector Director of Software, Interaction and Connectivity in Philips Research, where he managed and guided the strategic direction of a corporate research sector focused on digital communications, video processing, and interactive services for consumer electronics.
N.L.Sarda - Our Technical Advisor
Dr. Nandlal L. Sarda is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at IIT Mumbai (Bombay). He received his Master's (M.Tech.) and PhD degrees from IIT Bombay, and joined as faculty at IIT Bombay, where he is teaching since 1972. He was a Visiting Associate Professor at University of New Brunswick, Canada from 1986 to 88. He was Head of the Computer Science & Engineering Department at IIT Bombay from 1994 to 1997. He was Head of Shailesh J. Mehta School of Management from Aug. 2006 till Feb. 2007.
He was Dean of Academic Programmes, IIT Bombay, from October 2001 to September 2004.. In this capacity, he coordinated with IIT's Senate and its various Academic departments for creating, revising, operationalizing and supervising IIT's academic programmes.
He served as Professor-in-Charge of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, from October 2004 to Feb. 2006, in which role he coordinated with the Society for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (SINE) hosted by IIT Bombay to encourage and actively facilitate IITB's faculty and students to convert intellectual property developed by them into business ventures.
